We have always been intrigued by the way shadows can add another layer of interest to artwork. This is an exciting collaboration between Greg and Linda Maxson that integrates wood and ceramics with shadows and movement to give each creation an energy all its own. The piece shown here is 4' wide by 8' tall. Custom work will vary according to ceiling height and available wall space. The finished piece will be featured during Desert Open Studio Tours on March 18 & 19 and Rancho Mirage Artists Studio Tours on March 25.
Custom pieces will be offered with various colors and sizes available to choose from. You will also be able to select the wood from Greg's inventory of beautiful pieces of varying sizes and species.
